This the best advice I have read in quite sometime now. I love how we should brand ourselves!
In the Nov 2009 edition of the ADAC magazine it translates out to say it is ok to move the autos if it involves small damage but larger amounts should stay in place for the police can observe. And the part that I like is the advice to use a cell phone camera as documention. There you have it another very handy use of technology:)))
